Introducing Point/Counterpoint
Across this nation, American citizens – those who have been naturalized having come here legally, as well as those born here – are concerned about the issue of illegal immigration. Their reasons vary. It is not my intent to try to capture and reflect all these possible reasons. I think, however, it is important to be upfront with what concerns me most and provides the foundation for why I wrote this book.
- An undermining of the integrity of our electoral system of government.
- The use of identity theft and other forms of deceit to steal from legitimate American citizens.
- The potential for collusion between criminal, foreign and domestic political elements to corrupt the American free enterprise and political system.
Wow: Undermining our electoral system, organized criminal elements committing identity theft on a massive scale, and alliances between elected American officials and said criminal elements. Sounds pretty alarmist and extreme, doesn’t it? One might ask: “How are you going to get people to pay attention to such intense, ultra-serious allegations?” Well, I have some friends.
